 I agree that this is a binding contract between Exclusively Christy Merchant and myself that commits me to their services. I agree that I have sent a $___________ deposit for custom clothing services. I understand that this deposit is non-refundable. I understand that my balance will be due when services are completed. I also acknowledge that if my account is not paid in full by the time services are completed, I will not receive my item(s). I will have 30 days after completion of services to pay in full or risk losing all monies I have sent and my item(s) may be sold and all proceeds will go to Exclusively Christy Merchant. I agree that I am responsible for taking all measurements and understand the item will be made according to my measurements. Exclusively Christy Merchant is not responsible for improper fit due to incorrect measurements.  I understand I am ordering a custom design and that all sales are final.
